It is very difficult to derive at one point, whether face value makes any sense. But I think that to get more premium company try to come with face value of 1,2 or 5.
Another point, whether to sell on listing or to keep these for long term is also difficult to decide. This will be the decision of individual.
Number of IPOs of f v 10 is 22, it is difficult to discuss here. However, the year 2022 was good for investors who got the allotment. Some less subscribed IPOs gave surprised listing and after listing gain also.

First look. Not very convincing....
Red Flags
1. FV RS. 2..tends to hide real share premium
2. Apparent window dressed FY22 profits
3. Larger part OFS
4. Segment hasn't been doing well. Elin Electronics IPO burnt investors wealth badly.
Let's see how things pan out though. Still won't rule out subscribing if price is kept reasonable.... But for now more negatives than positives.
