Nowadays qib subs increase after 3 pm
When hni application get closed.
So would take a call for hni application in last 30 mins.
Else apply retail without hesitation.

I missed divgi because of low subscription & bad experience in sme, though valuation was good.now this one is coming at high valuation but fancy anchor wants me to apply. So i will be applying for sure. I hope it doesn't list more than 5%discount if it all market falls after q4 results of companies. Best case scenario,q4 results good or okish of other companies.and listing at 5-15% profit.

Crux this may turn like kaynes but listing can't be predicted. I am applying only listing gain size totally depends on last day subscription and GMP. I will update in this chat on last day about size/application.

Not sure will decide on last day.

Avoid this ipo. Its very expensive and can drop 20-25% minimum after listing

Bhai ye usk me maine kaha tha negative listing hogi kab tak chalaoge? Kuchh nayi baat batao.. aur har post me ek hi baat baar baar karna it's irritating..

debt-equity ratio 3.64, its higher and veluasion also higher, I m Skip this ipo..

Debt/Equity ratio will get half with loan repayment.
Current 3.64 to 1.82, further increase in shares will make it further down.
So Debt/Equity is not an issue.

Yeah Valuation is higher, on thay i agree.

@ GIG , IPO Analysis had already left the forum since quite long time. Admin strike out his name long back.
Regarding this issue , flat to hardly 1-2% listing gain possible around 440-445.
Looking at all pros and cons of the issue , risk reward ratio is not favorable. This can go either elin way w.r.t this sector. Debt Eq. ratio is over 1 even after part repayment of debt. Rising interest rates can dampen the valuation even more with such high borrowings. RBI can raise 25 BP interest rate on April 5 , 2023. OFS part is more than fresh issue. This raises the eyebrow on post issue promoter share holding. Issue size is also trimmed may be due to lack of demand. Firm allotment to retail category is possible I guess < 2x on BoA. Firm allotment to BHNI is also possible on the criteria of BoA. So finally in conclusion I am not applying this issue for 1-2% listing gain chance.

Avoiding it, market conditions r certainly not in favour of ipo, especially when gmp is so low

Looks worth applying.

Electronics manufacturing (EMS) is a sunrise sector having good potential growth prospects. PLI scheme is a catalyst. Business wise Avalon is looking good but has few concerning points as follows:
1. Huge debt. Even after ipo proceeds debt is going to be significantly high.
2. Huge OFS portion
3. Negative cash flows at present
4. business operates on thin margins and raw materials are imported.
Seeing the huge demand from Anchor Investors, Post-listing may follow the Kaynes trend.

Planning to not apply subscription is very low.

Owing to the market conditions, no intention for applying this IPO

There may be a reversal at any point of time.

Planning to go in with 4 sHNI.
The returns (RoE, and even RoCE despite the debt component) are just too mouthwatering and compelling.

As usual, prepared to hold post listing.
There have been many examples in last couple of years when there was fear (either during subscription or even on listing), and patient risk-takers were rewarded handsomely. Sona BLW, Indigo Paints, Medanta, Divgi, Patanjali (Ruchi Soya), Kaynes, Rainbow Medical, Adani Wilmar, to name a few.

Skipping completely... better to save capital here

SL hamesha rehta hai apne pass agar basic rules follow nahi karoge to koi bhi stock loss dega apni risk capacity k according SL rakhna chahiye

Buyback record date is 12 april and @ 450 rs per share. After that 1month time to tender shares, you will receive a email from the company. You have purchased right at top it seems. You should be shareholder till 12 april to be eligible for buyback.
