** this post is regarding Minor IPO ALOTMENT *** Please put your answer in this fromat -- Minor Age -- Alloted ( Y/N) -- UPI /ASBA -- Broker -- Bank Name
-- Minor Age - 7 Years -- Alloted ( Y/N) - N -- UPI /ASBA - ASBA -- Broker - Prostocks (MASTER BHAVYANSH HITENDRA SINGH) -- Bank Name - HDFC Bank (BHAVYANSH HITENDRA SINGH U/G HITENDRA KUMAR SINGH) NOTE : I personally feel that name mismatch while applying from ASBA is also the one case of non allotment. That why I added the name format from both Broker and Bank Side. So whose got the allotment they also can put the name and another people may get the glitch of possibilities.
1) How do we differentiate between IPO application rejection vs Non Allotment. is there any notification for rejection along with reason or if we are able to see our application on IPO Allotment statuis link does it mean the application was not rejected
2) In case of Minor, what are bank ASBA checks for IPO application. For minor savings account, PAN is still of guardian
3) Can guardian apply for IPO ASBA fro minor from his/her own account instead of minor account
4) What is the any other place in chittorgarh website for generic IPO specific queries, currently I am using specific IPO forum since I am not sure where to pot this

I will try my best to answer your queries :.
1. No specific notification for rejection, you might or might not receive the same over email. If application appears at the time of allotment with no other reason mentioned, its not rejected. If application does not appear, means it is somehow rejected.
2. For minor application, PAN of guardian is just associated with the account. In the end the bank and application is of minor and their PAN, because if that was not the case, the same stands as third party application.
3. No, that was allowed earlier. Now the PAN in application and in bank pertaining to application should be same.
4. The FAQs page of Chittorgarh site is one place to answer such general and specific queries and gather more information about the same.
Hope it helps !!

1. Best option is send mail to registar to get this clarification. 2. PAN details should be of Minor, else will be treated as 3rd party application 3. Will be treated as 3rd party application 4. You can post your query on any IPO page.
1. Some time registrar mention rejection cause like over subscription or third party
2. Regarding minor application, minor bank account should be mapped with minor pan number. I have already mapped HDFC and icici bank account to minor pan number using physical application letter to the bank branch.
A good thing: I have received message from ICICI Bank for blocking of amount for this IPO. This is too early as compared to previous IPOs, as in past, I always used to receive message around 4 to 5pm. I am just hopeful, if we have an early allotment information too :-)
@RAG : Yes, I know that. And that's what I said, generally on allotment date, I used to get such message in evening (blocking of the amount); this time, I have received it in morning, so I am expecting an early allotment. But then, I realized, it is LINKINTIME, it will take its own sweet time
Waise toh 8pm - 10pm aana chahiye, but this LINKINTIME.. So, I am not much hopeful to get any allotment or debit/unblock messages today., if it happens though, I will be happy
@Anant P Have faith, I did get retail allotment in my my very early days of SME play may be within first 2 or 3 IPO, and it will be tough to believe that it was in very small IPO of Olatech where retail was subscribed almost thousand time. It is different story that after that I never got any SME where subscription times was above 20 times.
I think once any PAN holder is allotted with lottery allotment , next 7-8 months that same PAN holder wont get any allotments, looks like this is one of the criteria during allotment.

You assumed that only one out of 10 applications will be successful? It may be more than one also.

@antarix@GrayIsTheNewBlack let's say 2 applications gets successful, 2 lacs profit on amount of 1.9 crores in 4 days right? (today, allotment date, refund date, and listing day(provided he sells on listing and listing is at 100k profit)). I am genuinely curious why he or other HNIs don't put this amount of money in market where there are numerous stocks giving more than 5 percent in 2 days at least, there are more. i know there is also a chance of potential loss but still i am curious , Whats the catch here??? if anyone can explain , thanks....
@Manan Surana If you know for sure which stock in secondary market will give 5% in 2 days, please tell us also 😁 If anyone can accurately predict this, he will be a multi-millionaire.
IPO market is somewhat predictable in terms of listing gains, but unpredictable in allotment due to lottery. This is inverse of secondary market - we can buy any stock, but have no idea when it'll move and in which direction.
@Manan Surana JI, that is the beauty of stock market. If one can predict movement in any good scrip then he/she will keep minting and become Crorepati within months. But the act and hands on experience tells else, the uncertainty factor is so high in comparison to IPO listing gain. Second here even if applied with 2CR, only up to max 12Lakh approx. can outflow to market and that too with higher chances of certain gain. Now think about putting 2CR in market, just think hw much risk is associated to even earn 1 Lakh in 2-3 days or even in INTRA given the market is on all time high and we cannot fathom how much it can fall if correction takes place? Certainly big traders play in crores but they do earn also and then only they dare to make a position which may incur loss.

@Manan Surana Some applies with 1.9 cr from 10 accounts, for 2-3 allotments on luck bases. So do you think thu funds are just lying in saving account? If more than 1.6 cr is as part of FD, do you think such a member doesn't invest in secondary market and Mutual funds ?

@antarix - It's difficult to get max of 1 to 2 lots irrespective of no. of demat accounts.

@Manan Surana Seeing the GMP and Subscription, HNIs are infusing crores of money in the small ipo to play safe. Less risk and less profit, that's the motto here.

@Manan Surana 'Numerous stocks giving more than 5 percent in 2 days' is the catch here. Finding these stocks is easier said than done. But in IPOs, at least finding the stocks at attractive rates is easy, getting them is difficult (with big money, it is somewhat less difficult). In secondary market, it is reverse. Finding the stocks at attractive rates is not easy, getting them is easy once you have found them.

@KarmaTheLord Ji I think Total 179(40+40+15+15+15+15+15+8+8+8) lot * 108000= 1.93 cr jonge.. Lagta hai aapne 10 lakh GST kat liya.🤣
