Why NSE, BSE and SEBI can't run the allotment process in their own so that it will be transparent? No one knows what is happening in the allotment process.

I have tried more than 50 times but couldn't see allotment...as website is not working...
btw it's very frustrating experience for me as my amount is not unblocked yet..
As usual definitely I will not get any allotment
as I know my luck ...
