Sold Le Merite today and booked losses (Tomorrow it become Long term, as per my demat account, showing share credit date 5th).

Results also may be poor, because of Earthquake in Turkey in January. They exports in turkey.

EBIDTA to cashflow conversion for last 2 years is poor. Seems a very working capital intensive business which is financed by taking more cash credit from Indian Bank (Rs 7 cr)
Advance received from customer is Rs 7 cr while advance given to supplier is Rs 11 cr.
Company seems to be relying on job work manufacturing for its products as its in house capacity utilization is almost 90%
CWIP of Rs 2.75 cr includes Rs 64 Lacs CWiP more than 1 year. Needs to be seen what Asset TO this CWiP will give.
Company has shared results for FY 22-23 which is a good sign. Many listed companies are yet to publish Q4 and FY22-23 results.
Page 75 of RHP, company estimates DSO of 39 days and receivable outstanding of Rs 1568.43 lacs for Fiscal 24. This gives projected turnover Rs 145 cr as compared to Rs 232 cr in Fiscal 23. Not sure if this DSO is after excluding traded goods debtors or some other adjustment.
Page 172 of RHP, debtors as on 31-mar-23 are Rs 1495 lacs whereas on Page 75 “restated audited debtors as on 31-mar-23 are Rs 1327 lacs”. What adjustments are made, not clarified anywhere.

It's good to know that the dates have been changed from 10th May to 12 th May.
All the fund of Mankind, Innokaiz & De Neer would be utilized here. Hence it would be very highly oversubscribed, more than 350 times in NII Category. The allotment would be very very tough.

Today Gold / Silver is trading at all time high. Gold is $ 2046 ( USD) & in India it's around 63000/
