Its not about sell and apply. I read Dilip sir review, he mentioned that no clarity seen in draft and rhp. 3 times dates change by lead manager. Its not tha major concern.

I want to know any other concern?

However, as pointed out by Dilip Sir, biggest drawback is inexperienced LM.
