Retail 30 application or HNI 30 application of 2 lots each?

Which has more chances?

Depends on subscription in each category.

As mentioned already, we have given instructions to ICICI Bank who is the sponsor bank, well in time, ie., on 18.05.2023 night itself. Due to the technical glitch, they could not process full file on 19.05.2023. The due date for refund is 19th only and from our side we have completed the refund instructions to ASBA banks and UPI sponsor bank on 18th itself. FYKI pl

7 applications of 8 lots or 8 retail application??

Experts please suggest..

8 retail applications
Means you would have probability of allotment say 8 out of 60
But you would be fighting with thousands of applicants for allotment.
7 application of 8 lots means at most probability of your allotment is 1/2 lots within say 300 applicants.
So, 7 application of 8 lots is better according to me.

CONDITION 1

if ipo subscribed with normal pattern(means hni more then retail)

then retail is best option ..

CONDITION 2
if u have so much capital but limited demat account then go with biggest bids in hni...

Allotment in HNI or RII category is by lottery, at each lot level.
Lottery ratio becomes little favourable as you go at high lot level.
