I did not get any allotment very bad feeling

Dear All,

As per current balance sheet of AU SFB

FY 2016-2017 - EPS Rs 11.47

FY 2017-2018 - EPS Rs 16(Current year)

FY 2018-2019 - EPS Rs 21(1 Year Forward)

Last Year due to Demonetization all Microfinance comapnies like Ujjivan,Equitas suffered with their NPAs and profit growth with making Provisioning to increase impacting margins and profitability. But AU is a strong Management with strong groth prospects and did not showed any impact of demonetization in their results with profit increasing by whooping 47%.

Hence with 2 Quarters gone after Demonetization and with Public sector banks in Mess, AU looks promising increasing their hold and showing minimum 40% growth in profits in next 2 years or so.

Also with 6 months gone by September 2017 most of Companies will start trading at FY19 PE estimates. Hence logically and fundamentally considering a PE of 35 on FY 19 EPS of 21 gives Price of Rs 735 easily by December 2017

Note : I am giving PE of 35 since company set to grow 35-40% CAGR easily with low base.Hold on Guys dont sell on Listing wait for 6 months and see the results.

Now RII have increased target to 400 both for cdsl and tejas....!! Good.

Tejas, cdsl both up 40% after listing. .nice.. Very good..

Mazza to tab aaya jab gtpl also up 5%.

......if u brought after issue open or holding ipo share.. Then it''s okay. Congo.

...but it''s seen that people buying it for 10/20 rs intra gain with hugh quantity. Or short term gain.. And actually got without fail ....(

..when down to 480 ...abe yaar investment share hai. . Buy and forgot ..nifty bhi to down he na aaj..

..when below 300...fasa diya na yaar ne :-(

u cant say the same for ipos of rbl, dmart, mahanagar gas, pnb housing finance, endurance tech etc..

its always stock specific.. investor needs to take call on case to case basis..

@Bestanalyst...it''s always stock specific.. .but when stock moves above it''s true value.. .it gonna get it''s fair value soon. (mostly when mkt correct )

CDSL is a class stock.. .but valuation is on higher side now(imo).

Current EPS of RBL BANK is : 11.67

Expected EPS = 15Rs.

Who told u EXPECTED EPS= 18 RS.

RBL bank will have same expenses of opening new branches, same as AU FINANCE. Still EPS grew in RBL BANK. Then it should grow in AU FINANCE as well.

Au finance EXPECTED EPS = 12 RS. CONFIRMED And FAIR VALUE 12 * 40 = 480 AS WELL

1. PAT of RBL is increasing quarter after quarter.
2. But, it''s CASA per centage is very low.
3. NPA has increased very rapidly at almost 50% rate during the last 3- 4 quarters.
4. The share price has already increased by 80-90% during the last 6-9 months. It means all positive factors about RBLhas already been factored in its current price.
I therefore believe that AU Financiers is a better option at this point of time.
Let us hope for a bumper listing on Monday.

Comparing it with RBL is wrong, compariosn should be with Ujjivan and Equitas

I was expecting before issue and same view after allotment that listing/fair value of this near 420(62 GMP)

@420 ..P/BV 6.00x PE 35

...so if u gets 440/50 (80/90 GMP)type figure on listing day then better book.atleast 50% (imo)

BTW got 3/6......and will b booking for 2 on listing.

And if touch @800 this yr i.e 11+ p/BV ...bajaj family(p/bv <8)may get heart attack. ..!!!

Hello Eagleye! can we buy au fin on listing day and hold for 6months time?

AUsfb in my view it''s hv great fuel to go up ,
before Diwali if. In market no any other quality ipo tn it may be touch 600 in Diwali.

I have applied for maximumbl retail lot of 2 lakhs rupees share but got nothing. But from my family members account got 1 from 5 lot. So it is purely on luck basis.

RBL is not safe for new investment because some news r flow in CNBC that they r not mention RBI rule to calculate theirs NPA.
So it''s must go down in next 3,4 trading season.

This IPO had oversubscribed by almost 4 times. You will not get more than 1 lot in such cases, you should be happy atleast you got allotment. To get more lots, you need to apply through different applications. 2 Lakhs in one application doesn''t work.

1 Lot = 14678 Rs.
How you got shares worth 16000 ?

I applied and got it in two lots in two different accounts.

in both the amount also debited.

but the shares are credited into one account and not in another account till time.

what should i do now?
