AU SFB IPO:

Analysis of post listing buying permitted by foreign investors:

Shares outstanding post issue = 28,42,50,906
Total Foreign Holding Permissible (49%) = 13,92,82,944


Post-Issue / Pre-Listing shareholding pattern:

Foreign Portfolio Investors = 1,32,45,093
Foreign Institutional Investors = 4,51,041
Foreign Companies = 8,92,58,529
NRIs = 1,95,002 (Non-NRO)

Total Foreign Holding as on 06th July = 10,31,49,665 Shares (~36.288%)


Inference,
Additional buying permitted by foreign investors = 3,61,33,279 Shares
i.e. 12.712% of total outstanding shares can still be bought by Foreigner Investors




Considering that,
Retail+HNI holding = 5,62,29,914 shares (19.782%)

If we may assume that,
Institutions + Promoters will not dilute

And,
With a gap of 12.712% to cover 49% limit for foreigners
... Demand will be hugh in near future

Hopefully it will be a great listing.
Now question arises what to do after that.... Take the profit or ride??

I believe one should take the profit in short term though I m bullish on this stock n sector in long term... However better plays available in the mkt at those valuations.

Some members are surprised about somebody has allotted 533 shares
There is no surprise It is always possible.

In CDSL employees quota also oversubscribed 1.46x with only 1497 applications for 700000 shares

As total shares reserved for employees is 1000000 (Emp. quota oversubscribed 1.45x)
Total 1876 applications can get 533 shares (considering all appl. of 533 shares or more)
So no Surprise that any employee has allotted 533 shares

ERIS is best for long term.... Company fundamental is very strong but if you have fear so you can exit on any pull back rally sir ...dont wait for more and dont look munaafa just exit on your cost sir thanks and do anything but not my advise sir pls concern with your finanacial adviser thanks :)
