yes very positive development this merger....hold ...even without merger it can hv value more than current valuation but after merge will become power house.

In the stock market forum of chittorgarh some discussions are going on about this. People are claiming target price of 72 post merger. I am also looking into buying this tomorrow.

There is good growth prospect for this company. Even if it is a bit highly priced it has good opportunity to rise. RBI would have done good due diligence of this company before giving it licence.

Yes bank was given for Rs. 45 in ipo in 2005, now it is trading at 1500+.... :)

Purpose should not be to make money, but create wealth.....

One big issue that banks/NBFC''s are facing is the rise in NPAs. I don''t think that is an issue with this company. I don''t see any reason to sell it for listing gains.
