Sources say that the offline orders placed over NSE Trading platform during pre open session was too high for the system to sustain such order book that why this problem happened.

Who ever facing issue in transferring NSE to BSE in sharekhan..

Got to their website and login there find demat DP/SR report select the stock and at the top righ option is there to BSE/NSE transfer select it put quantity and it will doen.
