I am not able to see this IPO in my ICICI Direct account. Can anyone help me how to apply for this ipo?

You can apply from Invest Online option under Investments &Insurance from your ICICI Net Banking(if you have one). Then choose the "Apply Online option"

Is there a Lock in period for those applying under NII category in IPOs?

why there is so much high subscription from retail in second day itself?

Many believe that applying on first or second day have more chances to get allocation. This might be the reason

The reason behind good response from retail is the election result of Gujarat, ,BJP have won now. So, people are thinking that they are going to get jackpot in astrol paper. Also, the GMP is good as well at the moment.

THIS IPO WILL BE FLOP BECAUSE QIB AND NII NOT INTERESTED IN IPO

An IPO will be flop or hit is not depend on one thing/investor/market condition and many more.
Just FYI, QIB & NII are interested or not, you can see the Day 1 & day 2 figure, QIB was 1.5 on day 1

The reason behind less NII figures is the fact that they are applying through retail quota so they can have multiple applications and thus better chances of allotment.

I am trying to apply through icici bank. On last page it is asking me for dp account details. I have all details with me but unable to enter in textbox given. Icici bank people are saying icici direct will help you and vice versa. What should I do??

While applying through ICICI Direct all the details except Bid details are preloaded and you need not key in. However if you want to know the the Demat ID refer top side of "Demat Allocation" section after login to ICICI Direct.
