In nii i have even applied with 15 lack but still got no allotment in case of heavy over subscription..

Huge ipo of hdfc and other insurance company despite having less than 1x rii subscription, were not given more than 3 days for subscription.How come this small ipo given 4 days?chances of allotment reduced from 1/33 to 1/76 per application due to 4 days.

Why would an additional application day hurt your chances? If people want to apply, they''ll apply and it they don''t want to, they simply won''t.

I applied 2 application of single lot on different PAN through SBI ASBA. SBI blocked money but don''t get confirmation from BSE. What can I do?

ppl are spreading incorrect info on HNI allotment: While it is true that ppl who have applied 2.1 lac will get 1 lot by ratio of 1:28. (and so on ppl with 4.2 lac will get 1 lot 1:14)

Definite allotment if you would have applied in HNI category for more than 56 Lacs worth shares at cutoff. Rest Retail are pure lottery. I dont know why people apply for 2 Lakh for such highly oversubscribed ipo in retail category

even if you have applied for 1 lot, probability to get only 1 lot ie 280 shares will be the same. in case of over subscription in retail category you will not get more than 1 lot, no matter how many lots you apply in retail category. refer to sebi rules

How much share allotment can an HNI with 210000 expect ?

I was myself curious about the allotment for HNIs. On checking previous basis of allotments of heavily subscribed IPOs, it became apparent that minimum 1 lot will be allotted (280 here), and on the basis of NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED FOR THAT SLAB. For example, if 4 applications are received for say, 5600 shares (20 lots) then 1 out of 4 will be allotted 280 shares. But then, sometimes this also varies as the number of slabs go up.

No chance. If you would have got more than 10 crore then you should apply in HNI.

I expect that this stock will list around 96/- and will close on that day around 128.

Hi all,
I have booked 1 lot of 280 units on 4th day around 12.00 PM! I know chances are rare to get an allotment but just need some clarity on allotment process. Will it be on first come first basis or any other?
Please share I am new in market.

No there is no such rule of FIFO basis it is on lottery basis
All the successful application stand the equal chances of allotment

You will not get any msg till the time of allotment and your money is lined on your bank account that means that u can not use that money till the time of allotment
If u are not allotted in the process then the money will be refund to ur account
