Nothing left on table on Current Earnings
And Asking a PE of 38 times on FY24 Forward Earnings

So no scope left

But Yes a IPO is coming and Fundamentals and Financials are ok ok

So can expect small listing gains

Priority ,1-ESAF,2-protean,3-ask automative

But sales increasing every year. May be he is from rival company.

One small example I'll give
My friend was working in kpit and suggested him to buy kpit shares at 50rs during covid crash
He refused and said it's not worth and I'm working there and he said one of the worst company
Now stock price is at 1400rs
So just cuz of one guy opinion we cannot consider company as bad
Institute does much more analysis than retailer with big team
So let's just don't consider company as bad cuz of that one friend comment

Moreover… we can apply for listing gains. Don’t really have to marry the stock.

Idhar log opinion dete hai business, market, share, subscription etc.. ka. Usko +ve lene ka, lekin kitna apply karna hai woh hame khud ko dekhna hai. Ye koi @Ankur Goel ke relative ki company nahi hai. Usne achhe dil se bataya jo real me uske friend ne bataya hai. Just tell him thanks for sharing it!

Aise bahut sare comment har IPO me milenge aapko aur kuch sahi sabit hote hai or kuch galat. Lekin share bazaar alag type ka satta hai usme kabhi business idhar aur share ki price udhar ka scene hota hai! IPO open hone ke bad share ke price idhar/udhar naya nahi hai.

- Subscription achha hoga to aap ye comment dekhte apply nahi karoenge kya?
- QIB achha hoga to aap ye comment dekhke apply nahi karonge kya?
- GMP achha hoga to aap ye comment dekhke apply nahi karonge kya?
.. aisa gol gol pehle ghumna padta hai fir log apply karte hai boss!

I was hoping it comes in 220-25ish range.
Now as you said logically very little left on the table.

1 year back promoter did a buyback of 37.5 lac shares at 240rs.

Buyback done in any means is always 20-30%
Premium to real value
Means the real Price per share wad around
170 , and now only a 20% CAGR Growth is seen, so they should have asked a Price per share at around 220 and not more
But the pricing is seriously disappointing

Agreed with you sir. As bull market is going on so everybody is becoming greedy.

Business model and company products are widely used and monopoly in some sector of products but valuation are not only at higher side but extreme higher side , Now lets see how public takes it .......

Nothing remains on table of investor and can be managed by LM
