The latest disclosure under SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading regulations was made by Mrs. Vijay Rathee in Som Datt Finance Corporation Ltd. where Disposal of 3,397,459 Equity Shares done at an average price of Rs. 33.9 was reported to the exchange on July 25, 2023.

The latest disclosures under SEBI SAST(Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 transaction was made by Dr Bhaskara Rao Bollineni in Som Datt Finance Corporation Ltd. where Acquisition of 6,439,650 shares done was reported to the exchange on July 25, 2023.

Insider trades are disclosures under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ([Regulation 7 (2) with 6(2)] made by corporate insiders: promoters, officers, directors, employees and large shareholders who are buying and selling stock in their own companies.

I think Kotak ASBA is best for applying IPO.....considering all aspects.

I still waiting to get unblocked esaf funds at ICICI bank. I got the message for unblock but still not actually.

Many peaple could not apply this ipo in bhni due to funds blocked in Esaf ipo including me. Indusind bank released the funds at 2:59 pm and their cut off time is 3pm. Did they do it intentionally?

yes that is reason of low subcrip...
mine ASBA except SBI are unblocked and few UPI are still blocked.
