i agreed with all of you who are saying ILFS is better than Ashoka buildcon...but one thing no one stating here is ILFS is currently over 30% of its issue price...so its not make sense to buy ILFS current...Ashoka would probably list on a premium of 60...enjoy trading

IL&FS is better than Ashoka...i agree by this. Lets not go by others recommendations..just go through the quarterly results of IL&FS Transportation for last 2 years and study on your own....then see that how fast much they are rising. Brokerage firms are bullish on this stcok with target of 400+ in short term.

I dont think Ashoka will list at a discount, this is one company where the employee portion was also oversubscribed, Ashoka Buildcon will list at a premium, although a modest one

@ 493; it's pure luck. Book Bidding process, Lot of parameter needs to be satisfied & You need to wait untill the allotment basis.
One of the boarder earlier had posted allotment details. For Shares applied 21 Allotted 21 i.e Ratio if 8 application has been allotted for every 29 applicant. You could been one of unlucky.
