As Ramky has gone into big discount after listing, sure Ashoka will also follow the same suit.

Everyone borrowed,used their hard earned money in september ipo's aiming that everyone will earn a profit of Rs. 15000-20000 easily. But see finally how the market has behaved. Thats why i always say no one can predict the market 100% right and this is again a good lesson for retail investors as they should be extremely cautious while applying to these issues. Dont aim for 10% profit and finnally loose more than 30-40% of your hard earned money.

For sure do not invest in Oberoi, Prezstige etc now. Hope no big retail participation will nbe on those isssues.
