मैंने कभी भी 3rd Party से ऐप्लाइ नहीं किया है और ना Apply करने की सलाह देता हूँ! ‍ Broker के यहाँ Account Without Bank account के तो खुलता नहीं है!

Conditionally I still apply 3rd party. After restrictions in asba, Now a day through 3rd party UPI. Do this when fund transfer is not possible. Whether getting allotment or not is secondary but we have to apply. May face difficulty but welcoming this move by SEBI

Now seems giving at least 10k to alloties, not sure how it will perform in adverse situation. I am applying in retail. Take decision as per ur risk appetite.

Allotment in retail is same as in mainboard: by lottery
Allotment in NII: proportional
To understand go through the boa of e factor attached
Before applying SME check risk appetite. In mainboard 10% down means loss of 1000 in SME it is from 10k to 15K. Sometimes we get stucked due to circuits and no buyer.

@Palka subscription will be much higher than ur opinion due to high GMP (40-44%) I am not believing it will list parallel to GMP, strong avoid

​@Tejas Pandya sir, Issue price and PE no fear of discount listing; not expecting 40% gain on listing. Success of this issue depends on how promoter handles listing (or in direct words how much is buying capacity of promoter)
After viewing current stats not satisfied, can't interpret assets vs borrowing in fy23 . Not able to judge future, area in which they are entering, so better to stay away.

Correct HNI will cross 200 times

Was hoping one lot in committed cargo which was risky bet, wasn't ready to took two risks at a time hence planned to slip arwind
Now applying in retail through multiple accounts

if @CAAnil  is only person in 40 lots category, and subscription is greater than 80x, he will not be considered to participate in lottery.
if subscription is less than 80x, he is going to get single lot for definitely

Allotment done on propotinate base.
If subscription more than 80x . And single application of 40 lot than.
40/no. Of times = less than 0.5 means zero lot allotted.
Suppose 79/80 time subscribe
Than 40/79= above 0.5 than sure shot 1 lot allotted.

​@diwan kapoor Suppose HNI oversubscribed by 400x.
Then allotment will be if 2 lot application received suppose 50000 . So for 2 lot number of lot allotment will = 2* no of application (50000)/ 400=250 ( Rounding if if below 0.5 then 0, above 0.5 will 1),

If 3 lot application 5000 then = 3* 5000 no. Of app/400= 37.5 it is 38.

So, lottery will done for 2 lot applicant and number of lot allotment is 250 lot , same for each lot allotment.
For sure shot allotment one can subscribe 400 lot minimum,

If any applicant apply ( only 1) application above 200 lot then it gets allotment surely

Hope your view may clear by some way.

21*3 lot = 63 lot
If subscribe more than 63*2 = 126 times than zero lot allotted, if less than 126 lot than sure 1 lot but if we see old ipo subscription in 21 lot more than 3 application there always..
