It may be possible that tomorrow @ 9 AM market be in positive zone & during first half it may remain in positive zone so that all Bank shares and adani stocks may touch upper ckt and may improve the market sentiment. If this happened it would help the good listing of Aristo.
But this is one probability, Let's think and hope positive.

Aristo is a fundamentally strong company 5 eps pre money for first half. Hence 10 eps for full year. At ipo price PE is 7 only.

Can easily get 14-15 multiples. Hence can double soon or atleast reach 130-140 on listing. Further growth also possible in FY24 with ipo money which can further boost prices.

See people getting confused while using the terms 'disclosure' and 'disclaimer'. Here's the difference between the two for those who wish to use correct term.
The difference between a disclaimer and a disclosure is easily confused due to the similar sounding names. A disclaimer looks to avoid particular liability, like a user taking a website information or medical advice as legal or authentic. A disclosure is the revealing of the information.

SELL in Preopen if listing is decent as chances of grabbing at lower levels are very high! You can take reference from Anlon, Chaman etc.

That is the good decision. Missed selling at 280, continuous lower circuits, sold at 213, now at 177. Make hay will sun shines. Donot be very greedy, be satisfied. Donot worry if rate goes up. Example Droneacharya, you can see the price. Gone down 50% from peak. There may be some exceptions, but better book profit at reasonable price.

My friend had asked me this query which i am unable to answer, he has 1.2 cr to invest...he is the sole applicant bidder for 102 lots , but did not recieve allotment in Aristo bio tech..he also has the option of splitting this amount into three account among his family members ...in this case had he split the amount the probability of allotment was 2 out of 18 as basis of allotment...what would you recommend to him to adopt going forward, one big application or three smaller application of 40 lakhs each...please advice...thank you in advance.

2nd account in your family members name..
If possible you can split it 3 ways.....this ensures that your multiple applications always have a higher chance of allotment.
1/3 means 40 lacs per account, which means
If ipo application is 1 lac...you can apply 3 applications of 40 lots and compete against yourself. Theoretically this is legitimate as it would be 3 individuals competing with each other. You can figure out the taxes later..
40 lots is just an example and not advisable to apply again and again.
But whenever you apply...make sure lot size is same from all three accounts.

Sharp fall in GMP. Listing might not be great. At what price this can be bought in pre open?

1) This time, the Link Intime has issued BoA without mentioning the words “On Sample Basis” under NII for Aristo. It means they have furnished full BoA under NII category.
2) My Action in this regard for supply of full BoA for Anlon: Issued 1+4 (reminders) to the RTA (Link Intime). Lodged complaint with SEBI (SCORES). Not satisfied with the disposal, pressed “Not Accepted Button” and initiated for Review and simultaneously issued two page letter with 7 paras (speed post) / email to the Chief General Manager of the Investor Grievance Redressal Division, SEBI, covering all the points.
3) Though I didn’t get full BoA for Anlon, I got details of my applied category size under NII, which was missing in the Sample BoA.
4) Now I am happy to see the full BoA for Aristo under NII category.
5) I applied for 1,71,200 shares (107 lots) x 2 APP for Aristo. Three people are there in this category. I got allotment for 1 lot for my 2 APP. Is the third person (Non-Allottee) in this CG forum?

If you applied via UPI....file a complaint through internet banking to unblock your funds.

If it's net banking application then wait till Friday. And then file a complaint.

Upi applications tend to get stuck during unblock.

One suggestion for @CG Admin. It may be good to add a column for "Listing Day Open price" in the IPO performance tracker tab. Currently only Listing day close price is shown.

As per BoA, at 241 lot one applicant and he gets the allotment

Finally, got something. One lot out of 12 lots applied.

Dear Allotted members,
First of all big congratulations to all as the issue was very highly oversubscribed. This is a Vadodara ( Gujarat) based company and the performance of the Gujarat based smes are found good in terms of returns. This issue reminds the ipo of Upsurge came in the market @ 120/ and now trading at 648 in less than 6 months. Perhaps I may be wrong but the members who can wait at least 3-5 months for the March ending results will give the best returns. Just my opinion but no one is binding to follow it and free to sell as per their convince.

If u go by result of USA seeds, it should not be trading at this level.....

No allotment for my 39 lots app. There were 3 others who applied 39 lots include @Lokes sir! Can you please share your experience. This will help us formulate join strategy next time.

Thanks DZ. Yes at least we were put in lotter6 this time. Happy to do same lot size in all good sme if others agree. Do you have detailed basis of allotment ? How do you know there were total 15 ?

Aristo BoA indeed is very detailed .

To maximize chance, one needs to find co-applicants to join bids for x / 2 lots, where x is expected oversubscription. e.g. if 400 X, then we should find 5 people with 41 lots or 4 people with 51 lots etc.

If not, then next best option is to simply apply round number - 30, 40 lots etc.
