Last year one IPO Windlas Boitech came at Rs. 460. It's CMP is 240. Now they are buying back @ Rs. 325 from open market !

I wonder how SEBI is permitting such companies to buy back at such a big price difference. This is official legal but immoral one type of insider trading. SEBI must put ban on such kind of buyback request regardless of issue size.

Dear Chittorgarh Team, Lokes, MRavichandran, Monster Zero, Trueinfo, svh, PSR and all other seniors,

•      I had applied with 3-BHNI & 3-SHNI applications in “Archean Chemical” and allotted 0 shares, because Registrar is “Link intime”.
•      I also applied with 3-BHNI & 4-SHNI in “DCX system” IPO, allotted 0 shares as Link Intime was there.
•      In “Syrma SGS” IPO, I applied with 2-BHI & 4-SHNI, allotted 0 shares as Link Intime..

There are few more incidents where I allotted 0 shares, when Link Intime stands as Registrar.

Earlier (1 year back), I was usually getting allotment in NII category, when allotment was proportional basis. But now the allotment is on lottery system (everything is hidden) so not getting any allotment until there is firm allotment.

CONCLUSION: I guess the Link Intime has well set-up planning with few big Bulls (Punters) on allocation of shares. It is allotting shares to some selected persons as there is no any transparency over allotment, which is based only on lottery system.

1.      Seniors, are you also facing the same problem (as me) for non-allotment? if yes please share your experience.
2.      Usually, I applied with minimum lots (14 & 69 lots) in SHNI & BHNI category. Do I need to increase number of lots?
3.      Is there any provision/possibility to ask the Link Intime, for more clarity over their allotment system?
4.      Link Intime stands as Registar in majority IPOs. We need to know more about their allotment system, so we may not face same issues again in future..

In kaynes approx every third retailer will get allotment which is far better than shni in kaynes.
