actually my friends dad shares need to get transferred on his name since his father has expired long back. he has a demat account . he also spoke to the registrar. stamps need to be affixed on the back side of certificate old method guess didnt change

I hope Adani Wilmar will not give GOLI like GLS when they file RHP. GLS AbolishED shareholder quota reservation in RHP.

You may have to pay some nominal charge to DP to spread shares in 5 accounts. Any way you own 5 shares so what is loss. After all GLS did not gain by omitting shareholder. Rather they paid more heavy price as MFs were not willing to buy as visible from anchor list
So dont worry. Spread 5 shares at best it would cost Rs 50

that is 150000 application wise. alreday 2.2l retrail in adani .by the time rhp file it will swell to 6 l easily as people by blindly 1 shares.
so max 1 lot that too in lottery.
will adani wilmer offer 5 /8 L per lot on allotment chances less .
expert5 pl advise . we can also join in buying 1 share
