Smart pickup in HNI & QIB subscriptions...will end with very healthy subscriptions clearly. Perhaps, release of capital from last night and today morning of last 4 IPO''s are beginning to show their impact. Chemplast continues to be a laggard though, somehow, even though I believe that the Company and its valuation is not as bad as the subscriptions indicate. MARKET is BOSS though! Keep minting!

You will be lucky and get confirm allotment if it''s undersubscription case in RII and you have to be lucky when oversubscribed as it''s complete lottery.

Interesting to note that subscription performance of IPO''s is directly proportional to number of messages by boarders on respective IPO pages of Chittorgarh, anecdotally speaking! :)

There may not be any listing gains.

However, it may follow the pattern of AAVAS Financiers, where listing was at discount and after a brief period it has given reasonable return.

I have not applied yet, however I will take a call at 01.30 PM.

I have applied 3 lots for this ipo, a 10% NIM is unheard in this sector, I feel this IPO is potential multibagger , although financial is expensive but look at competition even Aavas fiance trades at 8x p/b , with similar businesses, don''t fall for negativity go for it, the allotment chances are very high

What is the IPR in housing finance business? Claims for same are yet to be proven.
