I have a small query, i have applied in NMDC FPO for 200 shares on 10th Jan. I thought its similar to IPO so i applied and money deducted from Bank account but till now i am unable to see any shares in my demat neither money deposited back in account. What could be the possible reason? Thx for help.

If you have not been allotted then you are lucky.Ask HDFC to refund your money. And if allotted then exit at near 155-158.

Jokes aside, I had used a public computer and left while still logged in.

Sent message to admin 2 times to unblock my account but still locked... waited many weeks. Had to create a new id.

Is Allotment today?

Basis of allotment is today, that is the ratio/random decisions will be taken today and finalised today. Applicant will come to know about the allotment by EOB tomorrow, when their blocked amounts will be either debited or released back in accounts.

whereas Nifty may fall only 10 or 15% from all time high whatever it makes. Be it 11000 or 12000. If it falls from 11000 then it may go to 9350 or if it falls from 12000 then it will go to 10200. But who knows the future???

Adding to above, check for subscription and if reaches 1x in your category, retail maybe, then apply for a single lot only...
