The first person transferred to the second then the 2nd transferred to 3rd. Finally someone said "the data will be available shortly" ... I asked him ... please define "shortly".... may be 3-4 hrs." he said . which I think was simply, a bluff ... before I could ask anything " he asked me to drop a email for more information. "
It was clear he was clueless ....

No Update in ICICI direct
No Update reg balance in ICICI bank also.

Anyone got reliable information ?
