True..I am also going to be the same.

Going by the suggestions from mentors and gurus...when subscription figures are not very attractive..I think chances of listing gains are less. Long term prospects..who knows..?

Shouldn''t it be better to let this pass for now and see stock performance after listing to make decision on whether to buy this or not?

It is a good company. But the only problem is it is a very small company runs like proprietorship company and that only GOD knows whether profits would reach to all the shareholders or only to the promotors and their associates.
