TheRenaissanceKid and juju, I have not posted this article to discourage anyone. It''s just may be we can get some good things out of the article and do some more scrutiny on the IPOs before applying. It''s always good to gain some knowledge. It doesn''t hurt. Hope you guys understand.

Whatever written in article is 100% correct...IPO''s come only when markets are rising hence some come at exorbitant valuations and continue to remain expensive until the next bear market comes to place...IPO''s which have come in this bull phase will give terrible performance in next phase of bear market where Nifty tends to correct by 50% and these newbies shall correct by 90-99% from their highs

Application wise issue is subscribed 5.1 times in retail category. Means 1 out 5 may hope allotment of 80 shares each.

Value wise retail quota is oversubscribed 8.3 times, thus you shall get little extra, may be 10/8.3, i.e., approx. 100 shares.

Is APEX Frozen Foods Good Stock to hold for long term? Can we expect any listing gains? QIB is not oversubscribed multiple time(5 to 10 times) like other IPO''s. QIB is oversubscribed by 1.91 times on NSE.

High Debt & Loss making Company . Avoid without waiting for issue price . However scalpers and intraday players can keep this IPO in mind on listing day . If lists in big discount , good opportunity for jobbing .
After few IPOs there comes one IPO in between which lists in red.This might be one of them.In September two more IPOs are yet to come , Dixon Tech and Reliance Home Finance.wait for them.

In the absence of Eagleye & Septa everyone seems to have expert opinion on IPO''s & behaving like experts with no technical knowledge on the same.
