Crow's Red Flags:
1. High asking price with no major justification. The Park is mostly frequented by corporates, which is the only positive as a part of these corporates look to bring their workforce together through events in such hotels to make up for the WFH paradigm shift that happened in 2020.
2. FV is 1 rupee, which hints at no potential stock split. Bonus shares are possible though.
3. Algorithmic pricing chafes consumer interest but may not have much bearing on retail visitors. Still, being in a competitive market should demand parameter-driven pricing, which I don't see in THE Park hotels.
Always in restraint of Mrs. Crow.
