Applying FF (5x BHNI)

Great operational metrics (decent EBITDA in hotels biz relative to peers, good revPAR growth, excellent occupancy), comfortable on their growth plans (2x hotel rooms in 5 years), debt clearout will improve margins by 2x.

Expecting FY'24 at ~610 Cr topline and 55 Cr based on historical seasonality (H2 rev is ~25% higher than H1 as per RHP), so valued at ~60 PE which is in line with peers, however, once adjusted for debt clearout, effective PE is ~30, which comes with good upside.

Also 10% retail, and 75% QIB means this will do well immediately post listing too
