@Admin @ Chittorgarh.com When newgen consultancy was blocked I had suggested some of the points to overcome this problem. The posts of the members which are against the rules of this Forum need to be disabled at first. The member who has written the post will automatically understand. Give him 3 to 5 chances of disabled posts. There after block his ID. At least the member himself will understand. I don't think any sincere member will do so many mistakes.
My question, why his post was not disabled? Any member when he is blocked, it is very disgusting. We make mistakes. We also overlook rules. At first instance the post need to be disabled. Then if possible, inform the members of the Forum that the blocked member has been given chances and still doing same, so he is blocked.
Dear Members, we all know that @Admin is the BOSS of the Forum. We also know that **BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT**. He may reply us if it pleases him. We can't force him to reply. In every field this rule applies.
@Tejas Pandya, still I am not able to understand real reason behind this matter. I have not reacted because many members have reacted so well. I always belive **TO BE A VOICE, NOT AN ECH0**. It's good that @Tejas Pandya is back. I have a special concern for you.
I can only request @Admin to take necessary action before blocking any member and avoid such a situation, so that none of the members is embarrassed or insulted.
Admin had already given the link to know the rules and regulations of this Forum in his post when @newgen was blocked. This is also the duty of the members to follow the rules. Some mistakes will be overlooked by the Admin also. In past my 3/4 posts were disabled and was not blocked.
I may please be excused if I am wrong in my point of view. I hope that this post is not disabled.
