Yes there is technical issue at zerodha , i applied at 2.50 received confirmation and mandate at 4.25 pm , there is delay at zerodha''s end.

Allotment chances are better in Anupam Rasayan in compare to Laxmi Organic.

Anupam Rasayan : Lot size: 27 = 174659 Forms Avl
RII application may be approx. 15 -17 lacs

Laxmi Organic : Lot size: 115 = 140468 Forms Avm
RII application may be approx. 17 -19 lacs

Yeah Anupam is easier to get much will have only 25% odd listing gain meanwhile laxmi organic will have minimum 70% listing gain , so much better profit if one gets laxmi instead of anupam

Skipping this. Better to go with High Qibs numbers which normally in a good ipo is minimum 50x. No confidence in this counter now.
