Regarding this corporate issues,there are instances of many companies in the past.This wont have an effect on the listing.

dont panic!! many companies have lot of legal issues pending. This company has forgotten to file these things with SEBI. So now it has done that. so Plz dont panic. This ipo woll give you good return..............OK

Withdraw with immediate effect!! This is a vey good oppurtunity to get out of this mess. The QIB subscription levels are poor. The stock will sink on listing.

I think that there is no problem in remaining invested.Because almost all company has some case against them.By mistake if this company has failed to mention in prospectus then also whats the problem.Fundamentals will not change by this.If I am wrong then please give your view

It is better option to get out of this trouble. So it is wise to withraw the applications.

Anu lab has given an option to its investors to withdraw the application with in 10 days from May 16, 2008.
