Antony waste IPO was coming earlier this year, that time also, I was bullish on this counter.
Now seeing the performance of last one year I am very bullish.
Will apply with full force irrespective of GMP/Subscription and hold for long term if allotted.

As per my calculation, your 60-100% shares will be taken by EIL @ 84.
There is also a strong possibility of crossing it's buyback price of 84 before buyback process start if market supports.

Better to avoid anthony

Peoples with 20-25 accounts, applying in this are going to regret. Even today people in major town/cities burn their solid waste instead of giving it to companies/municipality. There doesn't seem any near future. Short term view of nifty is down side of 20 % in first 2 months of new year (experts view, not my view). Chance of listing with no gain or discount is much more than actual gain.
Corona taught us Indians the cleanliness but not waste management. Even corona/ non-corona wastes are not seperated.

Promoters have pledged 100 pc in subsidiary company. Kachra company. Definitely not for investor. Simple rule don't apply in any IPO with pledged shares before.

pledge of shares before IPO is not a good sign. Moreover in this IPO, Promoter is not selling its shares but PE funds are participating in OFS shares.

As earlier mentioned also, Engineers India (CMP 72.5) buying back it's shares @ 84.
If some more correction happens i.e @ 70 than it's a must buy to tender in buyback for a appreciation of 12-20% as AR (not ER) likely to come between 60-100%
May be considered to invest for a 2000 Qty per PAN.
About 15% profit within 3 months .....

@mark bab the Cut-off date to inform Stock Exchange on acceptance or
non-acceptance of tendered Equity Shares by Registrar is 29 December, after that only the unaccepted shares will be returned and the accepted shares will be taken by company.

Smart investment weekly,a standard paper wrote before market crash ,that will get 40-50 premium on listing .Now GMP is 60 and will down to zero in bear ???? market .Take risk ,only if QIB and HNI response is very good , else no gain on allotment.Link time cancelled many ASBA as considering third party application.Lot of headache for poor customers
