I did read both DRHP, RHP. Cash Flow is an issue for me. Given they claim 100% utilization on both facilities means almost little upside left. Also, need to add that reported margin looks surprising given that input prices firmed up a lot. So, I am not applying.

Company ne 37 Trademark application daale hai usme se muskil se 2-3 approve honge baaki sb reject ho jayenge..... Trademark ke rules ke hisab se ese names pr trademark issue hi ni hota jese... American, cheese, Pyar etc.

I think that it is not possible for the companies to prepare, manufacture or all type of production in house. Companies outsource according to the specifications given to the producers. In many companies you might have read that : manufactured by 'xyz' and marketed by 'efg'.
In this forum it is not possible to name any company.
