Is this particular script going to have Mainline IPO HNI rules like separate sHNI - bHNI quota + lottery based allotment?
Very new to SMEs so please advice 🙏

I have 16lacs and 4 accounts. How should I apply in Harsh, Annapurna and veranium. Pls suggest.

Only Retail and NII subscription details are available at this time.
We are not sure how 'sHNI and bHNI sub-categories' will be handled in SME IPO.
The Basis of Allotment document will provide more details.

@Bhav, thanks, that’s what I originally thought too. But, based on how it has been displayed all across, I believed my understanding was incorrect. Learning times indeed..

Since this ipo is having BHNI and SHNI, why are these categories not shown separately in Live Subscription Data on this site?

Marquee investors led by market veteran Shankar Sharma have invested in the pre-IPO round of funding in the company. Shankar Sharma has come on board in his personal capacity. In addition, Amit Bhartia, erstwhile partner, GMO Singapore Pte, is too invested in his individual capacity. Marquee institutional investors, including NAV Capital Emerging Star Fund

They all got shares @ ₹45 only. And now just after 2 months company asking ₹70 from us More then 50% premium from us.

And no one in this forum is talking about this...

My learned Gurus and Mentors, I need some clarification. NII is not less than 10%, RII is not less than 35%. So, my question is which is the most paying and satisfying strategy i) to apply one lot in retail ii) Two lots in NII and iii) Three lots in NII. Please tell me the best option available under limited finances. I can use my wife's account also for this combination.

Kindly advise.......... & also advise benefit of HNI...

Still in Learning Phase....

If you have 2 demat accounts, apply 2 retail applications.
HNI in this IPO, falls under BHNI & SHNI
Since you have 3 Lakhs, you will fall under SHNI and you will apply 2 lots which will have huge competetion.

Also, SHNI quota is just 1.5 Cr, which is very less than retail quota of 10 Cr..

Based on this information, please make your decision based on your risk appetite.

Yes you can definitely apply,
But if you apply as HNI or Retail, both will be lottery to get allotment.
You can still try your luck...

Yes this is a book built issue and HNI will split into BHNI and SHNI
