Hello experts....I'm very new to SME IPO. Can anyone explain me is it allowed to sell all shares on listing day if i get allotment?

yes, you are allowed, depend upon brokers

Unlike mainland IPO (where you can sell single share to any no of shares at a time) sme shares are sold in lots, usually of 1000 or 2000 shares, only.

आईपीओ बंद होने के 3 working day में allotment करने का प्रावधान है. So, there is no mistake in dates. IPO closes on 19 and allotment is on 22 September.

It is mainboard issue type. Clearly mentioned in RHP

Retail portion is of 10+ Cr & surprisingly it is 3.3x oversubscribed till 1:15pm (day 1) !!

Guys, I have question. Sorry if its already answered.
How does allotment work in HNI category? Is it on proportionate basis or lottery basis. Assuming IPO is oversubscribed.

Now You can Imagine How will the subscription figure,
It will be very very Tough to Get Allotment in Retail as well as Small Hni sector

I am new to SME IPO. If we invest in retail with 2000 shares I.e., 1,40,000. What would be the base of allotment??? We will either get 2000 shares or 0 shares or pro data basis based on subscription???

Edelweiss also sells on listing day n normally no problem is there

They have not cleared one thing in RHP that minimum allotment in HNI category will be the minimum lot application i e. 2 lots. Though they have cleared that the HNI quota will be split in 1/3 and 2/3.
If we go by SEBI rules, then min allotment should be 2 lots in HNI.

Also I found more info on page 238 under "Basis of Allotment section > b. For Non-Institutional Bidders" as following:

I think you're right in this case i.e. minimum allotment for HNI quota seems to be 2 lots instead on 1 like regular SMEs.

Pre ipo allotment was done @ ₹ 45 only .

And now just after 1 months company asking ₹70 from us More then 50% premium from us.

And no one in this forum is talking about this...

Just after 10 days it will be available at ₹120.

I got in virtuoso only, i did not get anything in megaflex in that i did not wrote also, sometimes i write, sometimes not

and viviana i did not got anything, why you feel i got any allotment, i already wrote nil allotment,
