आईपीओ बंद होने के 3 working day में allotment करने का प्रावधान है. So, there is no mistake in dates. IPO closes on 19 and allotment is on 22 September.
Guys, I have question. Sorry if its already answered. How does allotment work in HNI category? Is it on proportionate basis or lottery basis. Assuming IPO is oversubscribed.
In Recent Market Scenario Every Trader/Investor is Talking about this IPO, Now You can Imagine How will the subscription figure, It will be very very Tough to Get Allotment in Retail as well as Small Hni sector
I am new to SME IPO. If we invest in retail with 2000 shares I.e., 1,40,000. What would be the base of allotment??? We will either get 2000 shares or 0 shares or pro data basis based on subscription???
They have not cleared one thing in RHP that minimum allotment in HNI category will be the minimum lot application i e. 2 lots. Though they have cleared that the HNI quota will be split in 1/3 and 2/3. If we go by SEBI rules, then min allotment should be 2 lots in HNI.
Please help me 🙏 I have never get any allotment since last year i have started to apply in SME ipo. Even i always applied in 4-5 accounts .but every time i have applied onle for single lot in evey account. So, Can any one from all of you explain me.. How should i apply to get more chace to get allotment. I will be vey thankful to you. 🙏
@Thakral ji There is no holy grail in allotment..only way to increase chances in such high subscribed ipos is to apply through as many accounts as possible.. I also not getting allotment from last 3-4 ipos..Still going to try in Harsha and Annapurna ✌🏻

From RHP: ================================================= The allotment to each Non-Institutional Bidder shall not be less than the Minimum 2,000 equity shares, subject to the availability of Equity Shares in the Non-Institutional Portion, and the remaining Equity Shares, if any, shall be allotted on a proportionate basis. ================================================= As per my understanding, it's going to be 1 lot on proportionate basis.
@peter england Can you confirm page number please?

Stocoholic sir, I was referring to page 42 of RHP document here: https://www.annapurnasnacks.in/assets/pdf/rhp.pdf
Also I found more info on page 238 under "Basis of Allotment section > b. For Non-Institutional Bidders" as following: ================ The allotment to each NonInstitutional Bidder shall not be less than the Minimum NIB Application Size, subject to the availability of Equity Shares in the Non-Institutional Portion ================ I think you're right in this case i.e. minimum allotment for HNI quota seems to be 2 lots instead on 1 like regular SMEs.
Thanks for raising this intersting question, made me go through the RHP again and definitely gain of knowledge for me :)
@bhav he didn't judge u on ur real life.... He judged u here based on ur actions here( his perpective)..... It's ironic he called u sympathy sekker and u again out a similar line( in ur last paragraph) Nobody knows anyone in real life here.... Very few even use their real name....so don't take it personally it's just his rxn ti ur recent messages ..... Many Can be envy too as many get ipo allotment now and then and some r not even getting in months(both retails and even some HNIs) .... Human nature....
