What's more beneficial if a person applies 11 lots or 50 lots? What's the rule for this sme ipo as the rules have been modified for this.

For selling sme in angel somewhere it was mentioned through calling their Mumbai Headquarters

Annapurna hi Super Swadisht hai magar Super Swadisht haath mein to aani chahiye. Agar nahi milti hain to Swadisht bhi chalta hai. It's better to have something small than nothing. 😛😂

Hi experts- Annapurna will have very high subscription. Will it be advisable to skip this and apply in Varanium cloud and/or Kandarp Digismart BPO? Limited funds upto 10lac

@admin.. I am getting all indications that Annapurna Book Building IPO will have new application and allotment rules, even RHP mentions that, but I am not confident since no official confirmation of the same by registrar /NSE/SEBI.
To increase the confusion, NSE live subscription does not show any separate category of sHNI and bHNI, which now they show for all IPO under new rules...

Can you please confirm once for all which application and allotment rules apply to Annapurna ???

Sorry to write this but unable to resist. I want to know as early as possible that whether the new rules will apply or the old ones. If old rules I would like to apply in retail. And if new rules I will apply 2 3 lots to contest as HNI. Please don't take otherwise. It's human nature. Thanks in advance.

@Imhilli... Actually I have some pictures which mention that RHP terms were amended later and this will have old Proportionate allotment rules, but not from official sources.
But since I dropped my Tag, I don't have liberty to post pictures, hence seeking Admin's confirmation...

Sure. Only thing is that a few of brokers may have some problems.

How many lots for SHNI min and max ?

I am not sure if SME IPO's have sHNI and bHNI section based on recent SME IPO allotments(which are still following proportion based HNI rule like before).

In case this one do, sHNI min=2 lots and max=7 lots

2 retail would be better because on monday Hni category will easily get more subscribed than retail. So, go for 2 retail.

Applied from Zerodha @ 11 O'clock....but still after 3 hrs I didn't received UPI mandate...does it take this much time or do I have to cancel the application and then re-apply?? Please guide.

Today after 17.30 hrs, after closing of Main Hatsha ipo one may have rough idea of subscription figure in this ipo. Share views.

Looking into the present subscription figures, this is going to cross 200x and even more.
The great success os Harsha and heavy subscription figures, the investors are not going to stop in this SME too.

Will Annapurna Swadisht IPO go the same way as Jhandewalas Foods sme IPO ???

The case of Jhandewalas Foods, a 125-year-old FMCG company (that went public in January 2018 and created a record of 278.82 times subscriptions) from Jaipur. It has disappointed investors with its recent dismal performance with trades around Rs. 6.55 per share against the offer price of Rs. 55 per share.

Dilip Davda ji gave APPLY recommendation for Jhandewalas Foods sme IPO.

I'm new to sme ipo and when Jhandewala came,I didn't have the awareness of sme ipo so didn't know it,just saw your tweet and found that what a massive subscription were there in HNI,how come these intelligent HNI's subscribed so heavily this tel ghee business and where is the financial by the way? Can u plz provide listing details of this Jhanduwala😆😁😄?
But,this one is far better and Shankar Sharma had invested in this,so it must give a good pop up in listing, s2 is already 1,00,000 here,

Majority of the SME ipos are like this only, if you sell on listing day you have good chances to save your capital. As majority IPOs goes down and down over the time. I am stuck in precision metaliks ipo. Didn't sell on listing day

₹25 diya yaa ₹50 mein IPO se pehle Paise lagane ki himmat chahiye. Aur company har kisi Lallu Panju ko Shares deti bhi nhi.
Tata ,Mahindra ne kai Startups Mein ₹25/50/100 Mein invest invest kiya hai. IPO ₹500/1000 mein bhi Aa sakta hai.

Kisi ko Lagta hai Shankar Sharma ko Saste Mein diya hai?? Is se Company ki Fundamental & Valuation ghat gayi hai to IPO mein Apply mat karo Yaa Lower band par karo.

Marquee investor Shankar Sharma has 1.03% stake or 1,25,000 equity shares in the company, as per the company's DRHP. Key promoters of the company are Ritesh Shaw who has 61.57% stake and Shreeram Bagla with 8.26% equity.

And he got the share @ ₹45 only.

Mera hisaab Se Dabakar Apply karo Retail 75 Times se Jyada Jana Chahiye. Subject to Allotment 50k-60k hai.

There is nothing like sHNI or BHNI in SME IPO till now. Its only RII or Other than RII (=HNI/NII).

More than 2 lakhs or 10 lakhs or more than 10 lakhs, all are HNI (Other than RII) & considered same.
In case of oversubscription, alloment is by lottery & lot is of 0 or 2000 shares.

Sorry for my previous comment. This is SME but book building IPO, so mainboard ipo type shni & bhni should be available.

Quick question - Is there any difference in SME IPO in terms of liquidity ?
Can SME IPOs be applied for listing gains ? Can we sell it on the listing day and is there enough liquidity ?

In general, SME IPOs have very low volume & can be purchased / sold in lot of 1000/2000 shares only, so sometimes lliquidity crisis can occur.
