as per drhp page number 42 clearly mention that total 15% HNI will be divide in 2 part 5% for small hni and 10% for big hni .. i also call to skyline financial but they also have not know about it
Dear @noorul, @lokes, @mravi @sdz and all other senior members, What is the maximum application that can be done in HNI segment in this IPO. This IPO will have proportionate allocation unlike the main board IPOs with price bands. Pls do reply.

Maximum single hni application can be for 50% of net issue means 50% of 41.06 lakh shares means 20.53 lakh shares... And allotment will be proportionate only in hni with more application size having more chances same as earlier smes...as i already posted yesterday night also. Don't get confused from so many other messages.
@lokes.what is your point of reference of praposnate allotment,RHP or corrigendum shared by Avenue or something else? Why company is not shared corrigendum with nse and sebi? Your inputs are mostly research based so pl elaborate.

@ipo bhakt: Its not from RHP or corrigendum shared by Avenue, its from original rules from sebi.
New hni allotment rules were applicable only for mainboard book building ipos and FPO's too, not for any type of sme ipos. it was discussed also once on chittorgarh in one of sme page and i already knew this after verifying that time. I remember such things since i have verified myself that time, So RHP has mistake initially here which created confusion, which was corrected later by them.
In past also i have clarified many things regarding hni allotment process, BHNI minimum allotment amount, adani wilmar application/allotment process etc etc so this time also you can take my words as final. if you or anyone still want proof, i can share with links :)
@Avenue @lokes, Great work. Thanks for sharing and educating the forum selflessly. This is good news for every one. (makes more complicated now in fact :P, as so many sme lined up, whether to choose this or others)
Special appreciations to @Avenue for promptly informing with some proof.
Thank you @lokes bhai for clarifying. Normally in other SME IPOs, the maximum application size is (Total Application Size minus Market maker portion). In this case, is it 50% because 50% of the IPO size is reserved for QIBs?
@lokes bro, so it means only proportionate allotment in hni category , no SHNI/BHNI category and no 2 lot minimum allotment (>2Lac) for hni..

@IPOExperimenter : yes...right....recently i have informed this in some sme ipo too...you can consider like as below in both case of mainboard and sme ipo. Max application amount which can be done in HNI is for total amount of (HNI portion + retail portion) from the net issue size. In sme ipo, Net issue size is total issue size minus market maker portion. In mainboard ipo, net issue size is total issue size minus shareholder/employee portion. @Navi Agarwal: yes, right, everything will be exactly same as older sme ipos.

Respected Experts, Please elaborate how shares are allotted in HNI quota on proportionate basis since it seems that this old rule is going to be applied in this SME IPO. Thanks 🙏

September 2023 IPO League Final Between Gujarat [ Harsha ] 🆚 West Bengal [ Annapurna ] KhelaHobe 🏧🏧🏧 GM Subject 2 ₹70000/= - ₹80000/=
@Surana ji and other experts - What is your opinion on many members reporting that minimum 2 lots will be alloted to succesful NI participants? To me it seems RHP may have mistake unwillingly. How many members would like to have 2.8 lakh worth shares of Annapurna?

@CB Apply in Retail Category 2000 Shares ₹140000/=
Hello experts, Can i apply this ipo in my account while having funds in another person bank account in retail category means third party? Are those applications rejected? Please tell and thanks in advance.
Hello @Lokes and other member i have a question regarding the bhni section , if we apply for 10L, or 50L is the chance of allotment same or the higher amount gets more chances Thanks in advance
Based on Virtuoso allotment figures, applications with 10L had a chance of 8% of getting 1 lot, and applications with 50L had a chance of 20% of getting 1 lot.
Ofcourse, it could differ here and chances could be similar for both if the subscription goes too high which is very likely.

@ytamraku: higher amount will have more chances in hni....so 50 lakh will be having more chances than 10 lakh....

Hello Everyone I'm totally new to SME IPO'S Can someone please tell me if there are any liquidity issues on the day of listing for SME IPO'S and if it is really hard to sell on the day of listing?
In DRHP Draft prospectus it has mention " not less than 15% of the Net offer shall be available for allocation on a proportionate basis to Non- institutional bidders.
