If i were you, if i have funds managed only for this- i would go with 2 retail and 4 lot hni as avenue ji suggested.
But i will skip this if i dont have any funds for other ipo. Then i will put 2 retail and 5 lot hni in veranium or 3 hni of 2 lot each.

In this Retail 50% and HNI 15%. Both are going to be heavily subscribed so I would go with maximum retail and maybe 1 HNI.

Agree qith avenue, 2 retail and one HNI will have best chances

@Ankur, probably, you have to draw your own conclusion from the contrasting views as mentioned by you. No one is able to say final word on this as of now.

As per Canara bank website, the time limit is 4:30 pm as given below:

Time limit for Non Institutional Investors/HNI/QIB (application amount is more than Rs 2.00 Lakhs) @ 3.30pm and for retail Individual Bidders i.e. application amount up to Rs 2.00 Lakhs @ 4.30pm on issue closing day for all channels.

Why do you have to wait till 4.50 to apply? If you are satisfied that company is good and pricing is reasonable then apply asap or maximum morning of last day. Just because people are answering just don’t kept on asking silly irrelevant questions which are not beneficial to anyone. Of late we are seeing lot of irrelevant talk.

I am new to ipo and share market that's why I have asked this question and I want to decide whether to apply or not as per the demand of the ipo which drives the gmp which based on the subscription level so if I want to apply by 3:00 or 4:00PM then this strategy works for me thats why I want to confirm from the experienced group members so that I make sure that my application will be considered as a valid application. Most of the brockers in Gujarat are applying for 8 lots bhni and 2 lots shni.we will know only after allotment who is right .

I will go with lokes explanation and ignore all other noise.

@Bullish, don't sell your application in subject to. This can list as more than double. It will Hit UC after Listing too.. let's see, I can see major demand in Ahmedabad here.
it should Fetch atleast 1.5 lakhs.

Here mainly three sections are there:
CHAPTER II - INITIAL PUBLIC OFFER ON MAIN BOARD
CHAPTER IV - FURTHER PUBLIC OFFER (FPO)
CHAPTER IX - INITIAL PUBLIC OFFER BY SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

New hni rules were introduced in above amendement under below sections:
In Regulation 32, Sub Regulation 3A is inserted, after sub-regulation (3)
In Regulation 129 , Sub Regulation 3A is inserted, after sub-regulation (3)

And regulation 32 comes under CHAPTER II from main 2018 regulations.
And regulation 129 comes under CHAPTER IV from main 2018 regulations.

So these new HNI rules were only applicable to mainboard ipo's and FPO's having book building type issue. These were not applicable to any kind (book building and fixed price) of sme ipo's which comes under CHAPTER IX.

Thank for providing the SEBI notice, I was aware of discussion we had some time back, but Snafu was created by wrongly published RHP and to add to it by no clarification / correction by NSE/SEBI. Looks like even promoters n party missed the fine prints of earlier notification, and had to correct midway of application process... Now applying in current 4 SME IPOs becomes even more complex.

Thank alot lokes and Avenue for putting efforts to resolve this mystery.

@lokes sir thank you for clearing my doubt about SHNI or BHNI application in Annapurna. NOW i can choose between Cloud or this, Most probably go with both with Limited Application due to limited funds.

@Pluto I am asking for minimu lots allotment in HNI. It is ideally one lot in most case but here people are telling minimum two lots allotment rule. I know leftover are distributed in proportionate basis.

Are you sure about this bhni and shni bifurcation because yesterday we all came to a conclusion it is proportionate basis based on addendum in financial express

Lokesh did an excellent job and confirmed that old rules will apply here on this sme ipo too. No BHNI/SHNI.
Also there is no clarification either from registrar or LM etc. And subscription data from exchange doesn't reflect anything such as BHNI/SHNI.
