As this issue is not fixed deposit........will in BHNI ..it going to propotionate base or lottery base ? Any member having knowledge, please let me know.
RHP pg 238. The issue will follow the lottery base and not proportionate base. Not less than 15% of the Offer shall be available for allocation to Non-Institutional Bidders. The Equity Shares available for allocation to Non-Institutional Bidders under the Non-Institutional Portion, shall be subject to the following: (i) one-third of the portion available to Non-Institutional Bidders shall be reserved for applicants with an application size of more than ₹0.20 million and up to ₹1.00 million, and (ii) two-third of the portion available to Non-Institutional Bidders shall be reserved for applicants with an application size of more than ₹1.00 million, provided that the unsubscribed portion in either of the aforementioned sub-categories may be allocated to applicants in the other sub-category of Non-Institutional Bidders. The allotment to each NonInstitutional Bidder shall not be less than the Minimum NIB Application Size, subject to the availability of Equity Shares in the Non-Institutional Portion, and the remaining Equity Shares, if any, shall be allotted on a proportionate basis.
JUST GOT CONFIRMATION FROM REGISTRAR...THAT BIG HNI PORTION WILL BE LOTTERY BASE ONLY, AS THIS IS NOT FIXED PRICE ISSUE. SO NO MEANING TO APPLY MORE THAN 2 LOT IN BIG HNI.

@mravi sir ... I m still confused it there big hni small hni in SME IPOs too as many of them are saying they are getting better allotment in big hni ?? Please confirm once
