So if there are 15 applications of 8 lots each, then 1 out of 15 applications will be selected (as [(15×8)÷ 220] ~ 0.54 rounds off to 1).
Am I correct ?
Experts please clarify.

@Nikk, it's too early. Let the final figure come. May go to 350-400×. Also, don't worry, there will be many applications with 8 lots. May be 50-60.
