I see so many of similar questions asking retail is better or hni 2 lot etc is better, sometime back i have informed this, let me inform again....
Don't check how much is retail/hni issue size or how much is retail/hni quota, nothing matters and has no relevance in allotment chances, since final subscription figures are already considering that category portion.
what matters is only and only final subscription in that category.

And allotment chances are very simple :
In retail category, chances are: 1/retail-subscription
In hni category, chances are: no. of lots applied/hni-subscription

Example 1: so suppose here final subscription is 600 times in both retail and HNI category so chances of allotment are as follows:
1/600 in any individual retail application
2/600 if 2 lots applied in HNI means double chances than retail
3/600 if 3 lots applied in HNI means 3 times chances than retail
10/600 if 10 lots applied in HNI means 10 times chances than retail

Example 2: if retail final subscription is 400 times and HNI is 600 times, then retail application has 1/400 chances and HNI 2 lot application has 2/600 chances means 1/300 means still better than retail....hni 3 lot application has 3/600 chances means 1/200 means double chances than retail....and so on....

In book-built ipos , during allotment, actual hni/retail subscriptions are considered for allotment, but in fixed price ipos, when retail demand (subscription) is more than hni , than you guys can consider both hni/retail category subscriptions similar to the final total subscription, since some share movement happens from hni to retail category to equalize subscriptions....

In asba page it is showing pending for debit but fund is released you can check in effective balance and balance in opening page both are same.

Sir pls revert is this bank release fund on time or not. Actually i have just opened a saving in kotak bank. I want to apply ipo from sweep fd .
Please advise
