Even its revenue and profit has increased at phenominal rate,it has been so from 5 years,
Mostly its trade receivables are less than 6 months,
Receivables increasing in ratio to revenue
Its 80% revenue comes from big size clients, meaning that reveue is not fake
Low debt company

BOTH AARVI & ANI OPERATES IN SAME SEGMENT. TOP & BOTTOM LINE GROWTH OF ANI IS BETTER THAN AARVI (MAINLY IN LAST FISCAL).

IT ALL DEPENDS ON FOREIGN CONTRACTS WITH HIGH MARGIN, WEATHER ANI CONTINUE TO GET THIS CONTRACTS IN FUTURE???

AARVI WAS OFFERED AT 15 PE WHERE AS ANI IS OFFERED AT 12 PE. P/B OF AARVI WAS 1.65 WHEREAS FOR ANI IT IS 3.14 TIMES.

Good IPO

Need to check prospectus in depth for correct valuation.

Peer group companies as per the prospectus are quess corp and team lease.

Revenue & profit in last fiscal increased dramatically.

According to management, dramatic rise in top and bottom line is due to foreign contracts awarded to company where company earned higher margins. This trend is going to continue going forward as it is having repeated orders from those MNCs.
