Cant say 100 percent bcoz the trend is not same. There''s a chance for listing gains as from current ipos there is only Tega got demand, second can be ARWL since star health is a big loser.

One may go for listing gain or short term perspective as per subscription and market dynamics but definitely not for long term in a company which was involved in NSEL Scam and who corporate governance track record is not good.

Tega industries is the best of the 3 ipos currently, but it would be really difficult to get an allotment in tega. Still tega is worth applying. Not sure about Anand Rathi till the listing date and Star Health is a complete avoid.

( because of thakare sarkar ). scam hone me hath tha chidambarm ( mota bhai ne 109 din jail me katwaye ) / jignesh shah owner of 63 moons - mcx - nsel / support kiya tha pappu ko example ( pappu ka farm house per month 6.5 lakh rent ). chidambarm ne settlement 11 din ka diya.. yani jo pahele 4 din tha wo 7 din aur fir 11 din..... naa go dawn me maal tha sirf nakli bill.. 5600 cr. scam.

Like SBI Card , here too anand rathi is also a lead manager in their own issue.

Rathi premium has crossed 25%... But I would be careful with this one...

They were the one involved in MCX default causing losses to lot of investors

Company sirf HNIs ko wealth management services provide karti hai which includes
Investment, Family trust and Will planning.
Investment mein they have a model portfolio which includes Mutual Fund (both debt and equity) and Structure Products.

Basically brokerage kamati hai.
Par kyuki client crores mein invest karte hai isaliye brokerage bhi aacha ho jata hai.

Their structure products are good and one can check the same on their website.

Baki inorganic Growth jesa kuch nahi hai.

Gmp of Anand rathi is 122 - 126 rs..
I hope gmp not down still last day of ipo.

Not in rush, after reviews and opinions of gurus and expert , i will take a call at 6th Dec noon.

Fearing that GMP may erode and trick us. Because not long time ago, in good market sentiments, a reputed mutual fund company ABSL AMC too had nice gmp and all big talks but what happened - it listed in discount and still not be able to reach it issue price. then how come a MFs distributor is going to make it in these turbulent times.

Will be interesting to see and who knows what happens.
