Though the issue is priced at a little bit premium to prevailing market valuations, it is not exorbidant. Since, KOTAK is not one of the Lead Manager, the issue is at reasonable valuations to some extent, though it is not at discount.

In the case of VIJAYA, one of the Lead manager is KOTAK, hence the priced at the price, which it should command after two years.

I am applying in this issue, though there may not be any meaningful gain and there are chances of marginal loss on lsiting.

Applied 6 lots, I do not think the issue is overpriced. At 41PEFY21 there is still upside left on the listing day.

I agree with you. Mostly marginal gains. Market at peak stage and not much left for investors. So, we have to be cautious.

@ Lockdowninvester, The way you are accumulating, soon you will have board membership. Jokes apart, Public perception regarding small banks are not good. Corona has also taken a toll on financials etc.
While investing, booking loss (Early) is also an art. You may not be right alway but saves you from pain and agony.
I thought of averaging out cartrade but did not do, booked a loss. Auto industry is in turnmoil, chip shortage, early scrappage, green energy, thin margin, too much competition, sudden policy change. All may not be in your favor.

I think you have got the idea, where to look for your answer. As no one knows the future, Everyone can only guess. (I may not be correct, still new in market and learning. Learnt a lot from other chittorgarh members).

This ipo is highly vulnerable for manipulation at every stage. It is a risky ipo and GMP cannot be trusted
