I think I am convinced apply 2 lots here.
- Order books look good for the business
- Promoters seem confident in continuing the growth
- real estate is, and will be, on boom in coming years
- it works with some great clients (one of them that I personally trust for ethical ways of working)
- hope that new LM would try hard not to get this listed in negative.

- DD sir's has not said avoid recommendation.
- great chance of alottment

P.S.: my outlook will be from 6m to 1Y.

Peer innovators facade listed co. Trades at 188 (ATH 288) EPS 4.5, in which Vijay kedia holds 10% . This is far diversified co. with almost 2 years orders in hand.
I guess some Marky investor might take entry after listing here too.
Sometimes low GMP benifits studious investors.
Besides, hanging sword of "BUCH" is disappeared over the smes now.

​@rohiitian Truly agree with you sir. Nowadays GMP has nothig to do with listing , and after listing also.😅

Personal view
- Company's capabilities are non-trivial. While this is a competitive space, the Eternia exclusivity till Dec 2026 is a big plus as the sector gets more organized
- Strong financials - topline and profit growth. As per mgmt commentary, will do 9% PAT, with H2 > H1. Moving to double shift so lot of capacity being unlocked.
- Strong order book of 150 Cr (1-1.5 yrs of revenue visibility). Client repeat looks great (eg. L&T repeating since 2015, and consistently 15-25% of revenue last 4 years)
- Real Estate is booming (Nifty Realty on fire), this should thrive if one believes in real estate story
- Cashflow is a concern, but lot of it is sectoral and partly due to sharp growth
- Promoters are experienced & seem very passionate
- At 14-15 PE on current year, it's at half the price of Innovators Facade, which itself has 10x'ed after Covid lows

Can't see any red flags, so planning to apply here for a few lots. (Note, lot of my belief stems from Konexio interview & the IPO press conference, both are videos available online). Please dyod.
