Hi, Anyone please explain how the lottery system works.As ADSL retail is subscribed over 38 times, what are the chances of getting allotment (applied for 210 share).

Krish, the price will be in the band stated (Rs 170-190) irrespective of the response or number of times oversubscribed.Thus you can expect it to be alloted at Rs190/- (if you are lucky enough).

due to subscription whether its premium is increasing or not ? Anyone has knowledge on it or not?

It looks quite obvious that this message board sounds indirectly sponsored by the ADSL itself to get its IPO subscribed atleast the issue size.

dear karthik, to gft retail subscription,log on to www.nseindia.com. then click ipo adsl. then click view demand graph.it will saw total subscription.also give total at cut off.at 4.00 p.m. total received at cut offis 31466260.divide it by 1512853 shares which are kept for retail investor.so u willget appo. retail subscription.in this case it is 2o.79. you can get this also from www.bseindia.com.and clicking public issue.and then clicking compony name.
