​@Tejas Pandya Rakesh ji has told this in one of comments that Rak in Rakcyt is from Rakesh and Cyt is from company (General Electric Group) from where he super annuated.

For my title , lemme unveil - as Chhote bhai righty said, kudos to his brilliant memory , Rakesh is for Rak and Cyt is for Cytiva ( related to study of Cell in body ) , my company's name which got changed when GE sold its vertical of Life Sciences for USD 21.3 billion to another US based company ,Danaher in 2020 , an year before superannuation. Good part, our experience was calculated based on overall work experience , in my case ~35 years.

Incidentally, my daughter too has interests in Life Sciences & Bio-Technology. Post her master's in human genetics, she recently secured PhD opportunity in one of universities in Australia and has joined there already. Thanks to generous rewards from IPOs and markets, all initial funding requirements were met hassle-free.
