Non Sensical PE. if markets are bad on listing day, this might well list in discount. No reason to take this risk when so many good ipos are open. I know promoters will use their contacts to manage decent listing to this IPO as it always happens in bull market, I do hope this IPO gets beaten down badly.

Very offtopic but important
I only have a zerodha account.
From past week or so, i have been added in different spam groups named as 'A@sth@ invest and similar names. Im very alert in sharing my phone number in any websites and avoid always unless necessary.
So my que to the forum zerodha users is, have you been also facing this?
Ps- i know this can be coincidence since spam groups adds bulk numbers.
Ps2- This can be specific to my case.

I also encountered similar issue last month. It was really difficult to get out of the group/community. Certainly, there appears to be a data leak.

Hello, I had also faced the same issues. The moment I knew I was added, I had exited immediately from all such groups and reported them as spam.

Beware of such groups.

Sir every company will share their data to others irrespective of the history of the company. I have experienced many such instances in trading and banking sectors. Left the group and termed it as a spam.

Since last some days same things are happening .. On every alternative day some one is adding my mobiles no's in their group & every time i immediately opt for exit option.. !!
Involvement of Brocker firm can not be confirm here..
I don't have any demat in Zerodha.. But I am facing same situation..!!

If it's a whatsapp group that you are being added to, then there is a setting in whatsapp "Group - who can add you in a group". With this setting you can decide who can add you in a group.

So after reading the comments its evident that the data breach is at cdsl or nse/bse.
Anyways we cant do anything.
Precaution is important here.
Interesting thing is some international numbers also added me yesterday!!!

bhai , 5 phone calls of share market, 5 phone calls of credit card and 5 whatsapp messages from international number everyday these days also e-mail received from nakli or farzi delhi cyber crime , commissioner of police. kuch nahi ho sakta

Tilaknagar industries Ltd market cap 5200crs. Last year profit 138crs. Where as ABD Last year profit just 4crs. And asking for 7200crs market cap. Better to invest in Tilaknagar industries it has brands like Mansion house brandy& courier nepolian etc.

Market cap and one year profit are not the only criteria for evaluating. If you go through RHP, Tilaknagar Ind is not even appearing in listed peers. One can go for any counter as per conviction but this issue can not be discounted just like that. Let's keep a watch how it fares.

Hni is 15% @Pangaj Don't be like me But in that BHNi is 10% and sHNI is 5%. And total app would be in BHNI 150cr/2lakh (as in oversubscribed allotes get 2 lakh shares) 7500 apps as per @Aman Goyal
