Nowadays in Big Cities the ipo financing is very easily available with NBFC & Private banks. So good numbers of retailers uses this facility and due to that all major smes are oversubscribed heavily even though 4-5 issues are running together. The issue subscription from Metros & big cities makes it different and this issue including PNGS, All E, Drone would likely to oversubscribed more than 225-270 times. Happy investing with Super duper 🎋🍀 Luck.
If you get funding there is no much gain and sometimes loss. Suppose all e , pngs and drone all lists at 90,100 and 120 and subscribed at 300x you will get an avg of 18% and if you deduct tax it will come to 15.3 and interest rate is 14-15 and in the case of arham it is worst 120% and 400times subscribed what u get is 12.75 after tax and interest is 14-15 so net loss.same would have been in ambo and pritika.
The real reason for over subscription is simple it is ZERODHa(big broker with 60lakh users even if 2% apply 1 lot it comes around 1200crores ).zerodha brought ipo through upi for sme's also ,retailers saw sme IPOs listing at 50% plus and they simply started applying every ipo. This craze will go only when grey isn't functioning for sometime like 3-6months & operators/big buyers don't buy as they are doing currently in pritika ,baheti, ambo etc or else people are simply going to apply and sell on listing. If 😂upstox brings this feature(sme through upi another 800-1000crores)sme market is over forget about allotment

SIR THERE ARE 2 CATEGORY RETAIL 1600 SHARE S- HNI 3200 SHARE I DONT HAVE MUCH KNOWLEDGE WHICH CATEGORY SHOD I APPLY. IS ANY BENEFIT IN APPLYING 3200 SHARE OR I SHOD GO FOR RETAIL.
If you apply for 1 lot - Retail 2 lots and above - HNI HNI has benefit as allotment is proportionate. In case of lottery also, the allotment ratio keeps on decreasing with increament in lots. So, it all depends on following: - fund available - number of DMAT accounts - kind of subscription going in that particular IPO.

If the funds are limited and HNI subscription crosses 50x then better to put 2 retail. Very likely it will be 200x or. More in both retail and HNI

For those who are having Allotment concern irrespective of GMP & Oversubscription figure 1. Sula 2. PNGS 3.ALL E IN this ipo the subscription figure may not be as great as Drone & issue size is also big so chances for the allotment would be high & some thing is better than nothing.
PNGS havs less issue price around 7.8 cr And for retailers 35% So chance are less compared to All E

Since PNGS is a fixed price issue 50% is reserved for retail

It really depends on the how much its subscribed in those categories. I believe the NII will be proportionate and Retail will be lottery. So, it NII is subscribed 20 times and you apply 20 lots, then will surely get one lot (and maybe more as well as per what I think)
