I applied for one lot for Alkem Lab. But, My cheque amount was still not debited till today evening (14th Dec). What may be the reason? Carn Mohan, Can you update me?

Hi,

I had applied for 112 Shares through one application under RII, how much maximum and minimum shares can i expect to get allocated.

Maximum or minimum will be 14 shares plus maybe one share more from the odd number of shares left not forming a lot. This is how it works. See previous comments on this topic.

How to know IPO listing date.

Tentative date is given in RHP and final date will be published by exchanges for public. Check their notifications.

My observation of the dozen IPOs in the recent past has been that ... listing is usually 14-17 days from date of issue closing ...

By that empirical evidence we may infer that Alkem & Dr. Lal ought to list on 24th December (most likely) but definitely on or before 29th December (as per RHP)

whats the last timing on last day of an ASBA application.
i want to process my application on last day at 4pm but IDBI bank shows "there is no IPO".

it is upto 02.00 P.M

dear eagleye i fully agree with you that authorities though pretend but hardly care for retail investor. infact minimum allotment rules have recently come into vague and the live subscripiton details should now include number of application submitted in retail category. so that retail investor like me having limited capital base can take informed decision. I think we should feed it back to authorities and my point is now more clear.

eagleye i am using nse site the link you advised for years my question is how do you calculate exact number of retail applications submitted or you are presuming that all the applications are submitted for minimum lot you said in alkem 626527 applications how do you calcualted that !

The information you ask for is NOT relevant for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) and for Non Institutional Investors (NIIs) category of applicants ...

It is relevant only for Retail Individual Investors (RIIs)...

Unfortunately, there is not reliable source of "number of applications"... maybe the authorities do not really care about retail investors :(

NSE & BSE only offer detailed information on "No. of shares bid for" ... which is what the QIBs & NIIs want to know

The FII''s going to break even if the shares lists around 1250 given the interest rate at which they borrow adjusted for sensitivity of rate & listing date, 20 rupees here and there possible. This is rough estimate and I would expect listing over 1300 though I feel listing could be around 1400 range.

I thought that SEBI does not allow FII (or any other QIB) to borrow for applying in IPOs.

So, when you say FII do you really mean to say NII?

OOPS. Yeah I meant only HNI applying in NII portion who financing. Obviously there are people without borrowing applying in NII category.

Share allotment will be done around 17th December
And shares are going to be listed around 24th dec

What is the allotment date for alkem and dr lal shares
When the both will get listed up and what will be the listing price of alkem and dr lal shares

Allotment date on or before 21st Dec for both & listing also on or before 29th for both. But these are tentative dates as per RHP.

But vaha pe dono nikal jayegi aap ko dono refund milega

Preopen price will be 1000 to 2000,3000,4000 there fore no limit on listing day.
